Virtual & Nature Based Services
Living in Colorado offers us a daily reminder that growth often happens outside our comfort zones. Mountains, forests, open spaces, changing seasons, and fresh air can invite us to slow down, reconnect, and gain a new perspective. I believe connecting with nature can be a meaningful part of the journey toward healing and wellness.
With more than 20 years of experience, I provide counseling services for individuals seeking greater balance, resilience, and connection. My approach combines evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) —with an emphasis on mindfulness, somatic awareness, and an exploration of the connection between the mind and body.
Through these approaches, I can support you in developing a greater capacity to navigate life's challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, helping you build practical skills while also exploring your experiences, strengths, values, and goals.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season, working toward a personal goal, or seeking a greater sense of peace and well-being, I am here to walk alongside you—helping you move forward, one step at a time.
The Why Behind it
Nature can offer a unique setting for reflection and growth. Whether therapy takes place virtually or outdoors, we create space to pause, breathe, notice what is happening within and around you, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked in the demands of everyday life.
I am inspired by the beauty, energy, and spirit of Colorado and believe that wellness can be supported not only through insight and skill-building, but also through movement, presence, and connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the natural world around us.
Whatever you're building, I’m here to help you take the first step with confidence.

Hi, my name is Laura and I’m a licensed therapist based in Littleton who is passionate about helping others find health and balance in life.
I love living in Colorado as it offers so many great opportunities to connect with nature and community.

I aim to make care accessible by offering the convenience of virtual care and the uniqueness of nature-based, in-person sessions using the trails along the front range. My approach leans heavily on CBT, DBT, eco-based, mindfulness and somatic work.

I work with adults in CO who want to build a life they are genuinely happy with. Your care will be tailored to your needs but people tend to start by focusing on career, relationships, overall health and wellness, or personal growth.
Many of the individuals I work with are professionals, service members, LGBTQIA +, and women who are looking to heal, foster resilience, and leverage support to grow into their next phase of life.
